More recently, Mr. E. H. Hilborn, a member of the Commission, having visited Washington and inspected the operations of the Agricultural Bureau of the United States, and also obtained some valuable information regarding the introduction of agricultural education into the Public Schools of the State of Tennessee, has con tributed a report, which will be found with others in the last named Appendix.
